Casa Vegana is a vegan guesthouse and micro farm near Lake Chapala in the mountains south of Guadalajara, Mexico. We will be open to the public in the late fall of 2015. Until then, we invite you to follow our progress as we enter into the home stretch of what has been 9 years of planning and working ourselves ragged to finance this project. We left behind a successful vegan cafe and our renovated 1910 clapboard bungalow to pursue a simpler more self sufficient life.
